Industrial Assembly Associate
Location: New Hudson, MI 48165
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
OT: Fridays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We’re looking for reliable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our industrial team in New Hudson. This is a hands-on position supporting engine assembly, paint line operations, and shipping/receiving. Key Responsibilities
Engine Assembly
• Build engines from block to finish (full training provided)
• Use hand tools and follow blueprints with precise torque specifications
• Assemble up to 100+ components per engine
• Work at a dedicated workstation — no assembly line
• Take full ownership of each engine you build
• Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable with detailed, hands-on work
Paint Line Assistance
- Prepare parts for the paint room
- Hang components on a moving rack
- Tape holes prior to paint booth entry
- Clean and dust parts to ensure proper finish
Shipping & Receiving
- Pick and fill orders
- Read and verify shipping labels accurately
- Maintain strong attention to detail
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to stay focused —
