Job Opening: Packer

An Aerospace Manufacturing facility in Southwest Everett is seeking an Entry-Level Packer to join their Overnight shift. This role is essential in preparing high-quality aerospace components for shipment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with strict industry standards. No prior aerospace experience is required — training is provided.

Sunday – Thursday | 10:00PM-6:30AM | $20.77/hr – Temp To Hire Opportunity! 

Job Duties

• Pack aerospace parts and components according to detailed specifications
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or inconsistencies before packing
• Label, wrap, and prepare materials for shipment
• Use basic hand tools and packaging equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow packing instructions
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily goals

Requirements

• Entry-level; no aerospace experience required
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full Sunday–Thursday overnight schedule
• Willingness to learn and follow strict safety and quality procedures
