Location: Brownsville, TX
Pay Rate: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and organize data accurately
- Review and print invoices
- Prepare project binders (including SDS, QC forms, toolbox talks)
- Scan and archive Field Service documentation
- Assist with daily office tasks and administrative needs
- Maintain and structure digital files for easy access
- Translate documents as needed
- Upload and organize files in the company’s shared Y drive
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and accuracy in work
- Communication: Ability to handle document translation (English/Spanish preferred)
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus
- Team Player: Willingness to assist with various office tasks
