1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Coating Lead to manage and oversee the coating operations for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). This position requires hands-on PCBA experience and a deep understanding of coating processes, including application techniques, curing methods, and quality standards. The Coating Lead will supervise a team of 4–6 employees, ensuring adherence to specifications, maintaining high-quality production, and achieving daily goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily coating operations for PCBA products.

• Apply expertise in coating processes, including material handling, application, masking, and curing.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.

• Train, coach, and mentor team members on coating techniques and safety protocols.

• Monitor workflow, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, inspections, and quality checks. Qualifications

• Previous experience in PCBA manufacturing required.

• Strong knowledge of coating processes (conformal coating, masking, curing, etc.).

• Leadership experience managing small teams (4–6 employees).

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
