We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in McAllen, TX

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 2nd shift, Weekends as needed

Pay: $17.75/hr., Weekly Pay

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse operations for fresh produce, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure proper handling, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and storage of perishable products
Maintain cold-chain integrity across all warehouse processes
Lead, train, schedule, and coach warehouse associates
Enforce food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and company SOPs
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, FSMA, HACCP, and OSHA regulations
Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink, spoilage, and damage
Coordinate with quality assurance, transportation, and purchasing teams
Oversee temperature-controlled environments (coolers, freezers, ripening rooms)
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, quality issues, and customer complaints
Track productivity, labor utilization, and operational KPIs
Promote a strong safety and food safety culture
Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with GMP standards

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in produce or food distribution
Forklift Operator experience needed
Bilingual- Fluent in English and Spanish
High School Diploma/GED
Strong leadership, excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies
Strong understanding of perishable inventory management and cold storage operations
Experience with WMS and inventory control systems
