Job Opening: Quality Assurance Technician

Pay: $20–$24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to join our manufacturing team in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. In this role, you will inspect optical components, perform metrology measurements, and ensure compliance with ISO and military standards. Responsibilities

• Inspect optical components and assemblies using precision tools.
• Qualify processes by conducting inspections to all geometric and surface quality tolerances per:

  • ISO 10110
  • MIL-PRF-13830
  • MIL-PRF-48616
• Perform metrology measurements (surface figure, wavefront, wedge, radius).
• Conduct environmental/durability tests per ISO and military standards.
• Prepare documentation, labels, Certificates of Conformance, and reports.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and collaborate with Engineering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of QA experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO and military standards a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Knowledge and understanding of moderate to complex math calculations a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry
