Afternoon Shift 2:00pm – 10:00pm

25.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Press Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on presses and related feed lines.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform routine checks, lubrication, and servicing to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Installation & Modification: Set up new machines, remove old equipment, and make necessary modifications.
• Production Support: Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance, train operators, and minimize operational disruptions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and reports on all maintenance activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical/PLC troubleshooting.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing with industrial presses.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
