Job Opening: Electronic Rework Technician

Temporary Electronic Rework Technician needed in Foothill Ranch, CA

$26-$31ph DOE 

1st shift

3-5 days per week, flexible schedule 

4 month project 

This is a hands-on position for a technician with experience in logic board component rework, fine-pitch soldering, and PCBA trace cut and jumper wire rework. You will play a critical role in supporting engineering development, debugging, and testing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rework and assembly of complex multi-layer PCBs.

• Solder and rework fine-pitch passive components and flip chips under a microscope.
• Provide technical support to engineers developing next-generation wireless technologies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and rework revision to PCB serial number documentation.
• Work to Engineering rework instructions ( written and verbal).
• Communicate repair processes clearly with engineering teams.
• Follow ESD and safety protocols.
• Communicate required rework material supply needs and levels directly to Engineering management.
