Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $18/Hr

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented PCBA (Printed Circuit Board) Operator to join our team.

This role involves assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit boards to ensure high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Place electronic components on PCBs (surface-mount and through-hole).

Perform soldering using manual tools and automated equipment.

Inspect assemblies for defects using visual checks and AOI systems.

Conduct functional and electrical testing of boards.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and maintain accurate documentation.

Follow safety protocols and IPC quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in PCB assembly and soldering preferred.

Ability to read schematics and work with small components.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
