Now Recruiting: Deep Cleaning/Janitorial

Fast-Paced Manufacturing Facility

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: Varies (Schedules subject to change)
First Day Requirement: Must report to the ResourceMFG office at 7:00 AM on the first day

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize multiple restrooms, shower stations, office areas, and cafeteria spaces using approved chemicals and tools
Maintain a Master Sanitation Schedule and complete accurate documentation for quality assurance
Meet all cleaning frequencies established by the work scope schedule
Communicate effectively with the Team Leader and Group Supervisor to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements
Monitor and maintain restroom and shower station chemical inventory levels and collaborate with the Sanitation Lead as needed
Follow Work Instruction Sheets (WIS) and maintain superior plant cleanliness standards
Adhere to all safety procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Comply with all established company policies and practices
Maintain the sanitation program with minimal supervision

Includes but is not limited to:

Floor scrubbers and industrial i-mops
Industrial vacuums
Tile cleaners and polishers
Chemicals and spray bottles
Buckets, mops, brooms, squeegees, hand tools, and towels

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
