Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

Location: Camarillo
Schedule: 6am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: $30-32

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and troubleshooting expertise to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing production equipment, preferably in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, and a solid understanding of equipment reliability and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment including:

  • Conveyor systems

  • Filling and packaging machinery

  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • PLC-controlled equipment

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics in a manufacturing setting

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime

• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform general facilities maintenance, including but not limited to:

  • Plumbing

  • HVAC

  • Drywall

  • Painting

  • Other general maintenance tasks as assigned

• Support the design, setup, and implementation of production lines and related equipment

• Perform welding (arc) and basic fabrication as needed (preferred)

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required

• Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly preferred

• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulated environments is a plus

• Welding and basic fabrication experience beneficial

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Additional Information

• Overtime may be required based on operational needs

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a manufacturing environment

• PPE and safety protocols must be followed at all times
