Shifts: Weekend and Night Shifts Available (must be able to train on day shift)

Mon–Thurs, 2nd Shift (3:30pm–2:00am) 

Friday-Sunday, 1st Shift (6:00am-6:30pm)

Position Overview

As a Coating Technician, you’ll keep optical components moving through the production process—from cleaning operations to coating chamber operations. You’ll also perform cleaning and inspection of substrates and coated components to ensure top-quality results. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where precision and attention to detail are key.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and clean optical components for coating
• Operate coating chambers and related equipment
• Inspect substrates and coated components for quality
• Maintain workflow between cleaning and coating operations
• Follow safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or coating experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work weekend/night shifts and train on day shift
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
