We are hiring Production Operators for a new automotive manufacturing facility in Mustang Ridge, TX.
This facility is starting up soon, and we are building our team now. Start dates will be rolling, and applying early helps secure a spot as positions open.

Pay: 18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Assembler Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble cockpit components (bracket mounting, wiring harness connection) using pneumatic tools (torque guns) and manual tools.
- Follow SOPs and torque specifications for precision assembly.
- Conduct self-inspection and functional tests (screen activation, button response) per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Document defects and support rework/scrap processes.
- Wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves) and comply with LOTO procedures.
- Report hazards during daily safety briefings.
- Perform tool checks and basic maintenance; maintain 5S standards at workstations.
- Work in sync with production line cycle time (Takt Time) to minimize downtime.
- Submit improvement ideas (error-proofing, process optimization).
Assembler Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing training preferred. 1+ years in mechanical/electronics assembly; automotive experience a plus. Proficient with hand/pneumatic tools; ability to read basic technica
