Job Opening: Warehouse Agent 1

Phoenix Area Logistics Company is seeking a Customer Account Specialist/ Dispatcher- 1st Shift

PAY: -$19/hr.

Work Location: 7th Ave and I-17 South 
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 4:30pm (Position Requires OT and Flexibility)

Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
•    Check all orders for special requests and posts inventory records
•     Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving order allocation, shipping, and inventory management. 
•    Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations departments, expediting any order as necessary. 
•    Track orders as required and notifies customers of any activity concerning their order. 
•    Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.

Able to work Overtime as needed

Prior dispatching experience preferred
