Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18 – $23
Schedule: Monday–Friday
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This is a phone-heavy role supporting customers, processing orders, and coordinating with internal production teams. For the right fit, exceptions may be made.
Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails professionally

Assist with product selection, pricing, and order placement

Troubleshoot product issues and resolve customer concerns

Enter and manage orders in QuickBooks
-
Coordinate with production and shipping teams
-
Process order changes, returns, and refunds

Maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications
-
2+ years of customer service experience
-
Strong phone, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
-
Able to work independently and multitask
-
Punctual and reliable (attendance is critical)

Willing to work overtime when needed
