Sanitation Worker – Vernon, CA
Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Interview: In-person only
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production areas using high-pressure hoses and approved chemicals
- Comply with USDA and SQF standards during all sanitation activities
- Monitor environmental conditions for food safety compliance
- Handle waste management and proper disposal
- Complete sanitation documentation and checklists
- Perform heavy lifting and operate cleaning equipment
- Assist with grounds maintenance and laundry services
- Provide valet support for company vehicles when needed
- Work safely in cold, wet conditions
Work Environment:
This role operates in a meat processing facility with cold, wet, and physically demanding conditions. Strict adherence to food safety standards is required.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience (no prior experience required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold/wet environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Basic reading and documentation skills
- Strong teamwork and reliability
