Now Hiring – 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Location: St. Charles, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (Weekends as needed)
Pay: $20.75/hr

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This role is essential to keeping our production line running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Safely handle powdered materials while following all PPE and safety guidelines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Complete production and quality documentation clearly and accurately in English.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects to the supervisor.
• Support cleaning, packaging, and general housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

• Minimum 1–3 years of manufacturing and machine operator experience.

• Prior experience working in a powder-handling environment preferred

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English.

• Static Dissipation (SD)-safety footwear required.
