Job Opening: Machine Operator

ProLogistix is seeking a Blow Molder Machine Operator for a leading plastic container manufacturer in Tukwila. This is a great long-term opportunity with consistent hours, growth potential, and hands-on technical work. 

Pay: $25/hr | Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday (mandatory OT required)

*Candidates must be available to train on 1st or 2nd shift*

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all corporate and plant safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Operate blow-mold machines (wheel, reciprocating, or shuttle) to produce high-quality bottles.
• Conduct audits, weights, and quality checks to maintain production standards.
• Follow all quality control procedures and blow-mold processing guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold machinery and related equipment.
• Make machine adjustments to meet product specifications.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical changeovers (molds, necks, blow pins, etc.).
• Grind excess bottles and materials.
• Identify and resolve process issues promptly.
• Complete maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
• Train other blow-mold employees as needed.
• Prepare and document daily production reports (rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
