We’re Hiring Painter Helper in Lynwood!
Essential Functions & Competencies

Measure and mix paint and primer components per manufacturer specifications

Perform surface preparation including composite filling, corrosion removal, sanding, masking, painting, and polishing of helicopters and parts
-
Identify and correct paint imperfections such as adhesion issues, blushing, sags, runs, drips, orange peel, solvent pops, pinholes, fisheyes, scratches, wrinkling, and dry spray
-
Operate spraying equipment including spray booths, compressors, HVLP spray guns, and mixing equipment
-
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances
-
Apply basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, geometry, algebra) for material fabrication calculations

Ensure compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program

Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Lead and coach team members to achieve daily goals
