Job Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Weekend Shift)
Schedule: Friday–Monday
Position Type: Temp-to-hire

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support our weekend operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to perform a variety of warehouse tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to support warehouse workflow and customer satisfaction

• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets

• Perform manual case picking as needed

• Prep and ship products with accuracy and attention to detail

• Conduct outbound load audits, verify labels, and resolve count discrepancies

• Replenish products into correct bays to maintain inventory flow

• Assist with additional warehouse duties within training and skill level

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently

• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a plus

• Strong teamwork mindset and commitment to shared goals

• Positive attitude and solid work ethic

  Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months recent experience in stand up reach
  • Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
  • Attention to details
  • Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
