At Resource MFG we are looking for a Lab Assistant
Pay rate up to $25per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Job Requirements:
- One year of related experience.
- Biology or Chemistry Exp
- Good Work Attitude and Team Player.
Duties:
Key Responsibilities: Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional testing of materials and products Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and final goods Document results and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., QAD) Calibrate lab equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and FAA/AS9100 standards Assist with internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
