Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented PCBA (Printed Circuit Board) Operator to join our team. This role involves assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit boards to ensure high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place electronic components on PCBs (surface-mount and through-hole).
• Perform soldering using manual tools and automated equipment.
• Inspect assemblies for defects using visual checks and AOI systems.
• Conduct functional and electrical testing of boards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and IPC quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in PCB assembly and soldering preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and work with small components.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
