Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR operations in Southwest Everett. This part-time role offers 20–25 hours per week and requires a schedule that aligns with the HR Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR skill set in a professional, supportive environment.
Schedule: Must work within the HR Coordinator’s hours — Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | Pay: $26/hr
**This role is temporary but has the chance to become temp-to-hire sometime in 2026**
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee files
- Assist with applicant tracking and candidate workflow
- Schedule interviews through Outlook
- Support general HR processes and administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and applicants
- Perform basic computer tasks, data entry, and document management
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of HR experience required
- Experience with employee filing and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
