Job Opening: Painter

ProLogistix is seeking a skilled Painter to join a fast-paced production environment on the overnight shift, located in Southwest Everett. In this role, you will perform painting tasks on various materials and components, ensuring high-quality finishes and consistent workmanship. Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or automotive painting is highly valued.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking for long-term, stable employment with growth potential.

Monday-Friday | 2:00PM-10:30PM | $22.26/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Perform painting duties using spray guns and other application tools
• Prep, mask, sand, and clean parts or surfaces prior to painting
• Mix and match paint to achieve desired colors and finishes
• Inspect finished work for quality and consistency
• Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the paint area
• Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures
• Assist with additional tasks in the department as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience painting homes, commercial spaces, vehicles, or industrial products
• Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and independently on a night shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
