Job Opening: Production Associates

We are hiring dependable Production Workers to support various manufactu ring operations. Positions include machine operator, packaging, and general labor. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery or equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform assembly, packaging, or production tasks
• load, unload, or move materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and production standards
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by shift leads or supervisors

Shifts & Schedule

• Multiple shifts available 
• Overtime may be required 
• Temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions

Pay

• Pay rates vary by role and location
• Weekly pay 

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required for some positions
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (position may require lifting 20-50 lbs depending on assignment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
