Job Title: Forklift Operator – Stand-Up & Sit-Down
Location: Eagan, MN
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (adjust if needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Eagan, MN. This position requires safe and efficient operation of both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to support daily warehouse operations including material handling, loading, unloading, and inventory movement. Candidates must be safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload materials

• Pick, stage, and transport product throughout the warehouse

• Perform palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and general material organization

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities

• Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns

• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

• Support general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Recent stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required

• Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
