Pay Rate: $22.00/ hour
Responsibilities
- Clean, evaluate, and test irrigation control electronics and circuit boards for proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace circuit components that have failed or are operating outside specifications.
- Track and document all repaired circuit boards and components replaced.
- Create and update repair procedure documentation based on testing results, best practices, and new findings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Track raw material usage and submit purchase requests to the Service Engineering Manager.
- Provide operational support in the Production and Service Center.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
- Experience with electronics testing and troubleshooting preferred.
- Ability to document work accurately and maintain organized records.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to improve processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong electronics background with soldering experience including the ability to repair through-hole circuit boards.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as a multi-meter and oscilloscope.
• Experience using schematics to analyze circuit logic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Associate’s Degree in an electronics field with two years of applicable experience.
• Experience with MS Office suite
