Job Opening: Manufacturing Quality Lab Tech / Admin

Local major industrial compound manufacturing plant is looking for a day shift Manufacturing Quality Lab Technician to assist in daily operations. Located in central Evansville, this position is within walking distance of public transportation if needed. In the Quality Lab Technician role you will be responsible for performing in-process inspection of compound batches made in production and other duties related to the Technical Lab. Applicants should have computer aptitude, proficiency in MS Office suite, proficiency in SPC & SAP, and be excellent communicators and problem solvers. Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (OT as needed)

Pay: $19.00/hr.

This position is temp to hire, with a conversion to permanent after 520 hours worked.

HS Diploma/GED required

2 years of quality in manufacturing preferred - At least 6 months required.
