Job Description:

• Set up, operate and adjust a variety of Coordinate Measuring
  Machines (CMM) to layout and check the quality of machined components.
• Performs CMM checks and analyze machined components at various stages of processing
• Communicates results of the CMM report to the machinist/supervisor for corrective
  action when needed

Air Tool 

Job summary: This position will have responsibility for the repair, auditing, and certification of all plant torque control equipment and general air and electric tools.

• Impact Tools
• Pulse Tools
• Pervious experience with Datamyte and Software specific to Control Torque process

Job Duties:

• • Maintain pneumatic air and electric tooling.
• • Perform torque tool calibration checks.
• • Maintain air hose reels, RFL units.
• • Monitor and maintain repair part inventory.
• • Training of new employees into the area.
