Location: Belmont, MI

Shift: 2p-10p  Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $20 an hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team in Belmont, MI. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production records and report any defects or issues.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

General Requirements for All Roles:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed
