Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cycle Count Team Lead to oversee daily inventory control operations. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, experience managing teams in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and a strong understanding of MRP systems and inventory accuracy processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 6–10 inventory associates to ensure accurate and timely cycle counts
Oversee daily inventory control activities to maintain system and physical count accuracy
Utilize MRP systems to record, verify, and reconcile inventory data
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping departments to support smooth operations
Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Generate reports and communicate findings to management to support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements for Cycle Count Team Lead

Proven leadership experience supervising 6–10 team members
Prior experience in cycle counting and inventory control
Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems
Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry, reporting)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work overtime as needed
