ResourceMFG is now hiring Production Associates for a client in the Akron area!

Shift:1st and 3rd 

Job Summary:
The  Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of production machines such as lathes, grinders, and mills according to blueprints and technical specifications.

• Manufacture parts in compliance with established tolerances and quantity targets.

• Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for quality, function, and appearance.

• Record production output and document any defects or rejected parts.

• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure machines are properly set up and aligned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving bending and stooping.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Good vision required to read instructions, operate equipment, and inspect parts.
