Job Opening: Racker Associate

ProLogistix is hiring dependable Racker Associate for leading Aerospace finishing company in Everett, WA. This position plays a key role in preparing and handling aerospace parts for the plating and finishing process. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Sunday through Thursday| 10:00PM-6:30AM| $23.28/hr – Temp to hire opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Properly rack, un-rack, and handle aerospace parts for plating or coating processes
• Inspect parts for defects, contamination, or damage before and after processing
• Identify and follow job orders and work instructions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
• Follow all safety and quality control procedures
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure parts meet customer specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, plating, or aerospace finishing preferred (not required)
• Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift to 40 lbs
• Ability to work 3rd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–6:30 AM)
