Job Opening: Quality Assurance Associate

ProLogistix is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join a leading aerospace finishing company located in Everett, WA. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high-quality standards for aerospace components, ensuring all finished products meet strict customer and industry specifications.

Monday through Friday| 6:00AM-3:00PM | $20.24/hr – Temp to hire opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect finished aerospace components for surface quality, dimensions, and specifications compliance.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming parts.
• Collaborate with production and finishing teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and aerospace quality standards.
• Support continues improvement initiatives within quality department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of quality inspection or manufacturing experience (aerospace industry preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing, and specifications.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive task throughout the shift.
