Job Opening: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Now Hiring Seasonal Warehouse Operators in Bapchule!

• 1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday
• 2nd shift 11am-7:30pm Monday thru Friday
• $20.00/hour

Job Requirements:

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping orders/reports, and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas within the sit.
• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft.
• Moving goods packed on pallets, crates and totes around the storage facility
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Checking loads for accuracy and secure transport
• Stacking empty pallets and miscellaneous materials as assigned
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks battery and lubricating equipment
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Utilization of computer for communication and Computer Based Training as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good math, language and reading skills
• Basic computer skills may be required, and are a plus.
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment.
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records.
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Maintain a clean & safe environment.
• May be required to use RF scanner gun.
• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required.
• Sit-down forklift per OSHA standards with a minimum of 2-years experience.

Qualifications:

• Sit-down forklift (2 years minimum confirmed experience)
• Bi-lingual
• Attention to detail

• Mechanical Aptitude Preferred o Ability to enter data onto a tablet
• Technical Aptitude Preferred
• Basic Math skills
