At Resource MFG we are looking for a Lab Technician 

Pay rate up to $23 per hour depending on experience

Work Schedule: 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Requirements: 

• One year of related experience.
• Support quality assurance
• laboratory tests, inspections, and calibrations on raw materials
• Must be able to read write and understand English.
•  

Duties include:

•  Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional testing of materials and products Perform inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and final goods
• Document results and maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., QAD) Calibrate lab equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and FAA/AS9100 standards Assist with internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
