This role manages the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers—while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other creative methods
