Job Description:
Yamaha is seeking an experienced Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welds on metal components used in the assembly of Yamaha products. This role involves reading blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, inspecting finished work for accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding on various metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

• Inspect welds for quality and precision, ensuring all parts meet Yamaha’s standards.

• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Maintain welding equipment and report any maintenance needs.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

• Welding certification preferred but not required.
