Description
We’re seeking skilled Industrial Painters for a GREAT client at the Port of Catoosa!
If you have a sharp eye for detail and at least two years of experience in industrial coatings, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Friday as needed)
Pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience)
Your Responsibilities as an Industrial Painter:
• Perform surface preparation: pressure washing, sanding, masking, rolling, etc.
• Apply coatings using brush, roll, and spray techniques — especially epoxies and urethanes
• Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Follow company policies and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Operate forklifts
• Assist with light concrete work
• Support other tasks as needed based on project demands
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of industrial painting/coatings experience
• Familiarity with epoxy and urethane applications
• Ability to work independently and safely
• Strong attention to detail and task management

- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching).
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
- Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and fabrication shop conditions.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding hood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
