ResourceMFG NOW HIRING: Forklift Production Worker

Location: Byron Center MI

Shift: Monday – Friday  5:00a-4p Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $18.50 an hour

Position Overview:
As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in the movement of materials throughout our facility. This position is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, move materials to designated areas
• Support production and warehouse teams with material flow
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Fast-paced and physically active role

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification 
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
