Location: Byron Center MI

Shift: Monday – Friday  5:30a-4p Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $1500 an hour

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a company that values sustainability and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing facility with production and warehouse areas
• Exposure to noise and dust.
• Physical work: standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and moving materials
• Fast-paced, hands-on tasks with machinery and sorting
• Assist in the daily operation of production lines and equipment
• Sort, inspect, and prepare materials for processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support team members and supervisors as needed
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
