ResourceMFG NOW HIRING: Machine Operators 

Location: Grand Rapids MI

Shift: Monday – Friday  10p – 7a Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour

Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our production equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is detail-oriented, and is eager to grow within a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with setup, operation, and changeovers
• Load raw materials and monitor machine performance
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product standards
• Report any equipment issues or irregularities
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
