Now Hiring Inventory Control Specialist in Socorro, TX

We are currently seeking two Inventory Control Specialists to join our team in Socorro, TX. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory as needed.

• Forklift Certified in Stand-up and Sit-down

• Execute and analyze SCALE transactions accurately.

• Upload and maintain daily metric data in internal databases.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Communicate effectively with Leads, team members, and external contacts.

• Participate in the development and implementation of inventory procedures and standard practices.

• Support warehouse material handling activities when necessary.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to resolve discrepancies and identify root causes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy.

• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• Ability to work overtime as required.

• Maintain a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts (certification preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.

• Experience using inventory management systems or WMS software.

• Knowledge of cycle counting, lot tracking, and warehouse documentation processes.
