Now Hiring General Labor in Fabens, TX

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (rotating schedule, open days off)
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our team in Fabens, TX. This position involves assisting in various production and warehouse tasks to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work a rotating schedule with flexible days off.

• Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, cleaning, and material handling.

• Support production and packaging operations as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Assist team members and supervisors with daily tasks.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts (6 AM – 6 PM) on a rotating schedule.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and rotating days off as needed.

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing is a plus (not required).

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic required.
