Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Fabens, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, follow safety standards, and ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

• Clean and sanitize production areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from designated areas.

• Refill supplies such as paper towels, soap, and sanitizers.

• Clean and disinfect equipment and surfaces according to company and safety standards.

• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures.

• Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.

• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.

• Support additional cleaning duties as assigned by management.

• Previous experience in industrial or warehouse housekeeping preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Available to work evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM), Monday through Saturday.

• Reliable attendance and transportation required.

• Must follow all company safety and cleanliness standards.
