Job Opening: Hospitality Team Lead

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Lead to train as an assistant to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and help oversee the venue when the GM is not on site.

Position Details:

• Type: Approx. 40 hours per week; hours may vary based on events

• Schedule: Mostly weekends, as this is when events are held must be flexible with scheduling including days, afternoons, and nights.

• Pay: up to $18 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general management functions of the venue

• Provide leadership and direction to staff during events

• Ensure smooth operations when the GM is away

• Wear “many hats” across hospitality, operations, and facility support

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience (hospitality experience preferred)

• Mechanical aptitude or basic maintenance skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Ability to work flexible hours, with emphasis on weekends
