Pay: $24 – $27 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join a leading manufacturing team in Tucson. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders looking for steady work, weekly pay, and long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures
Set up welding machines and related equipment
Measure, cut, and assemble materials per specifications
Grind, smooth, and finish welds to quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve welding or fabrication issues
Meet production goals and quality requirements
Perform product inspections and testing
Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation
Work effectively as part of a team
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Requirements:

3–5 years of MIG welding experience required
Air Arc cutting experience preferred
Prior mining industry welding experience a plus
Lead experience (team lead of 5 or more) helpful, but not required
Able to read and follow blueprints and technical instructions
Strong attention to detail and safety-focused work ethic
