Location: Battle Creek MI

Shift: Monday – Friday  6a – 2:30p Overtime as needed

Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with pallet assembly, repair, sorting, and general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools
• Sort and stack pallets according to size and condition
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• No prior experience required – we will train the right candidates!
