ResourceMFG is now hiring an Administrative Assistant for a local company in Knoxville, TN.
Schedule: 8AM-5PM
Payrate: $23
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and track purchase orders accurately

Organize, monitor, and schedule tooling certifications

Track and record expenses for the Knoxville facility

Maintain inventory levels in the system to support restock and repair needs

Track job costs and provide support to field teams
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of clerical procedures, record keeping, and filing systems

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required
