ResourceMFG is now hiring for Maintenance Technicians in Brazil, IN

• 2nd & 3rd shifts available

• $28-$29 an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems.

• Execute work orders including inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration, filter changes and repairs

• Partner with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively. Safely perform all duties by following PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and other safety protocols.

• Support new line setups, equipment installations, and capital projects.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic machinery, motors, pumps, blowers, mills, and other rotating equipment.

• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, gauges, calipers, and dial indicators to assess equipment performance. Operate basic metal fabrication tools (welders, grinders, saws, etc.) when needed.

• Complete daily inspections of utilities including chillers, boilers, air compressors, pumps, and RO units. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe maintenance shop. Tools & Equipment Used Standard shop and hand tools (drill press, saws, welders, etc.) Diagnostic and testing equipment (computers, vibration analyzers, multimeters, etc.) Forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts PPE in compliance with company safety practices Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (required)

• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work indepen Two 15min paid breaks and One 30min unpaid lunch break. Conversions at 5 to 6 months. PPE supplied: Uniform, work boots, hearing protection, goggles, disposable gloves. Must be clean shaven (a mustache is ok.) 30 minute unpaid shower is required. 3M Secure Click Respirator. It’s a controlled environment, Employees leave uniforms there and shower off before leaving.
